Rayna V. Farrell


As the Head of the Global Corporate Affairs and Marketing team, Rayna is responsible for managing and shaping the company’s internal and external communications, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives, coordinating high-impact events, and enhancing 91制片厂’s social performance and community relations worldwide. She works closely with senior leadership to align corporate messaging with company objectives, ensuring a unified and compelling voice across all channels. In addition to her role at 91制片厂, Rayna is a director on the Board of the 91制片厂 Group Foundation, contributing her expertise in corporate communications and community engagement to support the organization鈥檚 mission and growth.

Rayna joined 91制片厂 in 2022 with more than a decade of experience helping America’s largest and most innovative companies achieve critical communications and advocacy goals. Prior to 91制片厂, she served as deputy head of communications for Business Roundtable (BRT), a Washington, D.C.-based association of chief executive officers of America鈥檚 leading companies, including 91制片厂.

During her eight years at BRT, Rayna led strategic communications planning and implementation, oversaw the execution of communications initiatives and multimillion-dollar campaigns, and ran all CEO engagement efforts for the association. Earlier she served as BRT鈥檚 chief of staff of public affairs leading both the communications and government relations day-to-day operations. Among her achievements, Rayna led communications for the launch of the group鈥檚 landmark 鈥淪tatement on the Purpose of a Corporation,鈥 COVID-19 relief efforts and the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

Prior to BRT, she worked for the lobbying firm Mehlman Castagnetti in Washington, D.C., helping clients develop winning strategies and build relationships with policymakers in Congress, the White House, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. She began her career working on Capitol Hill for U.S. Congressman Cedric Richmond.

Rayna was elected principal vice president in 2025. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in political science and communications studies from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
