WE25, the Society of Women Engineers鈥� Annual Conference, is the world鈥檚 largest conference for women in engineering and technology. Each year, participants from more than 85 countries gather to exchange ideas, expand networks, and explore innovations shaping the industry. The conference offers professional development, career opportunities, and community for engineers at every stage of their journey.
As part of WE25, the 13th Annual Invent It. Build It. program engages students from historically under-resourced communities to explore STEM careers. Designed to change perceptions of who can be an engineer, the program helps inspire the next generation of innovators while strengthening the future talent pipeline.
